About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing scale-up building a returns management platform for e-commerce brands, helping them streamline and optimize the entire return journey—from customer initiation to refund. Operating at the intersection of logistics, data, and user experience, the company tackles a complex but highly impactful problem space that affects every online retailer. They operate with a small, highly collaborative team, combining a strong product mindset with modern engineering practices and rapid iteration cycles. The environment is high-autonomy with minimal bureaucracy, strong adoption of AI in product development, and a culture focused on ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

The Role

As a Product Manager, you'll work as part of a cross-functional product delivery team where product and engineering collaborate closely to solve real customer problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll have direct contact with users and internal stakeholders across the business, help translate challenges into product requirements, and take ownership of key areas of the platform that drive customer and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery by engaging with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify problems and opportunities
  • Translate user insights and business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team
  • Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the delivery process to shape solutions and iterate quickly
  • Own parts of the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, measurement, and iteration
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts (e.g., sales, customer success) to validate ideas and support product releases
  • Help structure and break down work into small, incremental deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Contribute to roadmap development in collaboration with senior product leadership
  • Continuously analyze product outcomes and user feedback to drive improvements and learning loops

Requirements

You will ideally possess most of the following:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a role requiring a similar skill set
  • Comfortable having direct conversations with customers, B2B stakeholders, and the engineers you pair with
  • Good negotiation skills and able to frame problems clearly so the team knows what we're really solving
  • A good sense for driving priorities and making quick decisions based on your learnings
  • Comfortable driving both discovery and delivery
  • Excited about core agile principles, and the idea that values and principles matter more than static frameworks
  • Genuinely curious about AI and excited about this new era we're working in
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, changing environment
