Position Description

Your role in our team

• Lead AI Awareness: Conduct workshops to increase awareness of AI and demonstrate its value for our clients’ businesses.
• Deliver AI Solutions: Use industry-specific methods to solve client challenges, create trusted data sets, and develop data pipelines for AI model training.
• Accelerate Decision-Making: Guide clients toward “speed to trusted action” through AI solutions, discovering AI opportunities via AI Design Sprint workshops, and building AI centers of excellence with a focus on governance and ethical AI.
• Develop & Optimize: Implement AI models and solutions, ensuring ethical and responsible practices, and optimize existing AI systems for better performance.
• Full AI Lifecycle: Be involved in the full AI lifecycle, including data preparation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Best Practices & Knowledge Transfer: Create internal guidelines for AI, train internal teams, and contribute to best practices for ethical AI.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest AI trends, technologies, and ethical standards, and address biases in AI datasets and models.
• Document & Share: Maintain clear documentation of AI development processes and decisions, ensuring transparency
  
  

How You Strengthen Our Team

We need someone who can bring both expertise and a passion for AI:

• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Expertise in at least 2 areas: Statistics, Regression, Clustering, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series, Machine Learning Visualization, or Tree Ensembles.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong data management skills, including data preprocessing and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to ethical AI practices and staying up-to-date with the field’s advancements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Clear communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with strong English skills.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Medior Profile: 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Senior Profile: More than 5 years of experience, preferably with a public sector background.
