Senior Engineer specialist

About the Role

Act as the technical expert and process owner within your field of expertise (cleaning & disinfection of areas including material ingress contamination control). You are responsible for the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of critical processes, systems, and equipment to enhance production efficiency and compliance within your field of expertise. In this role, you lead multidisciplinary projects, provide strategic technical guidance, and ensure alignment with national and international quality standards. You are the key interface between the Quality Assurance department and the production shopfloor assuring shop floor implementation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME within a specific technical discipline (cleaning & disinfection of areas including material ingress contamination control).
• Provide technical advice on production issues and deviations.
• Share knowledge and train employees.
• Supervise execution on the shop floor.
• Act as a point of contact during audits and inspections.
• Expertise effectively applied to production challenges.
• Employees trained and informed on best practices.
• Stakeholders receive expert advice and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters degree in the field of Life Sciences
