Full Stack Developer (Next.js + Laravel + AI Integration)

About Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer who takes ownership, thrives on accountability, and operates with a strong growth mindset. This role is for someone who doesn’t just execute tasks, but actively shapes systems, improves processes, and builds scalable, future-ready platforms.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving a high-performance digital platform, working across both frontend and backend while leading the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the system.

Key Responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications
• Lead frontend development using Next.js with a strong focus on performance, UX, and scalability
• Build and maintain backend systems using Laravel
• Architect and manage APIs, databases, and system integrations
• Integrate AI tools, models, and workflows into the platform (automation, personalization, intelligent features)
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, especially in AI and modern web development
