Project Manager

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Manager to join our UniQue team. 

• Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
• Estimate and monitor costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.
• Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors.
• Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables.
• Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
• Follow the Project Management Methodology (PM2 ).
• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
• Interact closely with the Business Manager involved in the project via recurrent meetings.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• 5 years of higher education, Master or equivalent, and 13 years of professional experience after studies.

• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Prince, PMI, EC PM2).
• Experience with project management tools e.g. MS Project.

• Good technical knowledge on project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization.

• Practical knowledge of reporting methods.
• Previous experience of managing a team and leadership capability.
• Ability in drafting reports for the executive management.
• Good knowledge of Portfolio Management processes.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Ability in developing project management supporting tools.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.

• Level of English (B2 or higher) is mandatory
