Krakow - hybrid model - 6x per month at the office

I’m currently looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join a greenfield application project focused on building a modern Workforce Management & New Joiner platform.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll be involved in the ongoing development, feature delivery, and productionisation of a business-critical application replacing legacy solutions.

You’ll work across both backend and frontend development, contributing to the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.

What you’ll be working on:

• Designing and developing new application features end-to-end

• Building and maintaining scalable .NET applications

• Developing modern frontend components and user experiences

• Supporting testing, deployment, and productionisation activities

• Writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges

Tech stack:

• C# / .NET 6+

• SQL Server

• MVC & Web API

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks

• Git & CI pipelines

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem

• Solid frontend development experience

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles

• Experience building scalable applications and reusable components

• Knowledge of automated testing and CI practices

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to code quality

• Strong communication skills and professional English
