Job Description:
Understanding of DNS infrastructure
Advance knowledge of load balancing technologies encryption methodologies and security principles in F5 technologies local traffic manager(LTM) Access policy manager ( APM) Application security manager( ASM) Global traffic manager ( GTM)and
Advanced firewall manager strong understanding of physical and virtual F5 architecture and device administration
Strong understanding of application deployment fundamentals and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communications skills communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards
Broad application of principles theories and concepts in applicable discipline plus extensive knowledge of other related fields
Provide on call 24/7 Technical Support during OOO Hours
- Snow tickets catalogue task service request
- Changes (mostly during night)
- Software updates
- Vulnerability and bug fixing
- Life cycle task
- Monitoring
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Inventory management for all network devices switches /routers etc for sites
- Training: Be willing to participate in the on job and commercial training design to enhance skills and support capabilities
- Follow defined staffing schedule
- Ensure all the KPIs are met through following standard processes and procedures has context menu
