Senior Product Manager

Bundle is one of Turkey's most-used news apps, with around 3 million people opening it every month.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape what millions of people read every day.

A bit about us: we built Bundle because we believe staying informed should be easy and enjoyable. We're a content aggregator that personalizes the news reading experience, and we're trying to do it better than anyone else in the market.

What You'll Do

In short, you'll:

• Own a core product area end-to-end
• Drive retention and engagement at consumer scale
• Run experiments and make decisions with data
• Work directly with the founder, engineering, and design
• Ship to millions of users, fast

You'll own product decisions for one of the most-used news apps in Turkey.

The first weeks will be about getting to know the product, the team, and the numbers. With 3M+ MAU there's a lot of signal in our data, and the first thing we'd want you to do is form your own view on what's actually moving retention and what isn't.

From there, you'll take ownership of an area that fits where you can have the most impact. The feed, personalization, or something we haven't built yet. We'll figure that out together based on the product's needs and your strengths.

Once you're settled in, you're running the roadmap for your area, working closely with the founder, engineering, and design to ship things that move the numbers at scale.

Who You Are

You've done product for 5+ years and you've shipped consumer mobile products that real people use. If you've worked at a scale where a small change touches millions of sessions, even better.

You know what good retention looks like for a content app, and you can tell a vanity metric from one that actually matters.

You're comfortable in the data. You can write your own SQL when you need to, you live in product analytics tools day to day, and you don't wait around for someone else to pull numbers for you.

You think in experiments. A/B testing is how you make decisions, not something you do when there's time. You know when a test is ready to call and when it isn't.

AI is genuinely part of how you work, not a checkbox. You use it to think faster, prototype faster, and get to the answer faster, whether that's discovery, analysis, writing, or pushing back on your own ideas.

You communicate clearly in both English and Turkish, in writing and in person, one-on-one and in front of a room. You can make complicated things sound simple.

You have product taste. You can use a screen for ten seconds and tell us what's wrong with it, and you can work with designers to make it right.

Bonus Points

You've shipped AI features in production (recommendations, summarization, personalization).

You can prototype quickly, in Figma or by building something working with AI when words aren't enough.

You've worked on news, content, or media products before.

You've launched or scaled a product in more than one market.

You've spent time in a startup and know what shipping fast actually feels like.
