Your role includes the following:

• Inspire team innovation through visioning exercises and mentorship.
• Evangelize UX across the organization to cultivate a user-centric culture.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to act tactically and achieve key milestones.
• Lead workshops that incorporate business and development perspectives into the design process.
• Bridge creativity and technology by consulting with and advising internal business units from Marketing to Technology.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchical, and ego-free work culture.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team.

Who's a fit:

• Experience collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Business Development and Product teams to define and explore product opportunities.
• BS or BA degree in Design (e.g., industrial, product, interaction, service design), HCI, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced verbal and written English skills are an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural communication environment and collaborate closely with international stakeholders from different cultural and business backgrounds.
• Understanding of technical requirements and limitations.
• Deep curiosity in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, UX design, UI design.
• Experience in designing for multiple platforms.
• Proficiency with UX design stages and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Skilled in creating both low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for complex workflows.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Background in Atomic design, component-based design and design systems.
• Ability to communicate and influence product design strategy effectively.
• Understanding the Data Driven design mindset and ability to design decisions on data rather than intuition or personal preference.
