We are looking for an IT Network Specialist who will ensure the uninterrupted, secure, and sustainable operation of the airport-wide network infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing, monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading the network infrastructure installed across the airport,
• Ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted operation of wired and wireless network infrastructure, network devices, and firewalls,
• Implementing and maintaining network security requirements,
• Resolving network-related incidents and requests as quickly as possible, analyzing problems, and producing permanent solutions,
• Closing tickets opened via the Helpdesk system within defined SLA timelines,
• Coordinating with relevant internal teams and vendors when necessary,
• Keeping network infrastructure documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university,
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the IT Network field,
• Knowledge of wired/wireless network infrastructures, network devices, and firewalls,
• Good understanding of basic network security principles and system continuity processes,
• English proficiency at B1 level,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Team-oriented, responsible, and with strong communication skills.
