Your main task is to create a happy recruitment experience and taking care of onboarding and happy leavers.

• Responsibility for the development and recruitment execution. Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and Management teams on development, trainings and recruitments.
• Ensure that the business attracts, develops and retains high quality talent, at all levels in a continuous pipeline, to support the growth objectives, opportunities and strategies of the business.
• Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements. Maintaining and updating HR development and recruitment documentation according to the company’s internal procedures.
• Participation in development and recruitments process.
• Use independent decision-making to develop Training Materials, Job Aids.
• Manages the portfolio of training programs and courses including designing and delivering employee training, coordinating training programs, and partnering with business leaders to ensure successful training initiatives.
• Facilitates follow-up activities, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement of the training and recruitments.
• Leads the Training and People Development, helping to set the plant’s strategy toward training.
• Any other duties as required.
