- have considerable experience developing application backends with Java and Spring Boot;
- have considerable experience developing application frontends with React and TypeScript;
- have experience with RESTful and or gRPC API design and implementation;
- are familiar with message queues and why they are used (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.);
- are well-versed in relational and or non relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis);
- have knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);
- have experience with CI/CD tools and building pipelines with them (GitHub, Jenkins);
- are product-minded and love solving complex problems and bring a solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices;
- have considerable experience turning designs (preferably from Figma) into user-friendly applications that work with different screen sizes;
- have experience creating modular, readable and unit-tested code;
- have strong communication and collaboration skills and you speak English at working proficiency (Estonian is a plus);
