🏦 Junior Compliance Officer / Onboarding Manager — Remote (Dubai)

We're hiring a detail-oriented compliance professional to own our client onboarding pipeline and support day-to-day AML/KYB operations.

Intracheck AG is a Swiss financial intermediary (ARIF/FINMA-supervised, Zug) operating a B2B payment services platform for SEPA flows and virtual asset settlement. Small team. Real responsibility from day one.

🎯 What you'll own:

• End-to-end KYB/KYC onboarding — collect, screen, prepare files for MLRO approval

• Transaction monitoring support — flag, document, escalate

• AML/CFT policy and register maintenance

• Pipeline tracking and reporting to management

✅ What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years in compliance, KYC/KYB, or financial services operations

• Working knowledge of AML/CFT and customer due diligence

• Strong written English, professional client communication

• Organized, self-directed, comfortable in a lean environment

• Legally eligible to work remotely from the UAE

⭐ Strong plus:

• SEPA or virtual asset services exposure

• Blockchain transaction monitoring tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, or similar)

• Familiarity with compliance and onboarding

No bureaucracy. Direct exposure to Swiss regulatory environment and international payment operations.
