What do we do?

ICEYE is building and operating its commercial constellation of small Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data available to customers. Our satellites acquire images of Earth at any time - even when it's cloudy or dark - providing commercial and government partners with unmatched persistent monitoring capabilities. Information derived from our SAR images helps customers make data-driven decisions to address time-critical challenges in various sectors, such as maritime, disaster management, insurance, and finance.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Satellite Production Intern to join our team based in our Headquarters in Espoo, Finland

Requirements

What you will do:

• Perform cable/harness manufacturing tasks
• Conduct soldering activities
• Conduct PCB inspections
• Assemble and integrate mechanical subsystems
• Perform electrical board modifications and verifications
• Participate in manufacturing of MLI
• Inventory counting
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in electrical, electromechanical, electronics, or radio engineering
• Proficient in English
• Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  
  

Preferred to have:

• Familiarity with PCBA verification processes, including the use of test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, and understanding of necessary cabling
• Experience in soldering
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Familiarity with Jira software usage
