What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to agile principles and practices
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify scope and manage the product backlog effectively
  • Support the team in achieving sprint goals and improving efficiency through relentless improvement
  • Track team progress on PI and sprint goals, managing dependencies and risks using Azure DevOps
  • Coach the team on scaled agile practices and assist in using agile tools effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Significant agile project management experience with a strong foundation in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
  • Certification in CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC
  • Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Version One
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework and its practical application in projects

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • At least 10 years of agile project management experience
  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on data engineering experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Tester
  • Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations
  • Strong adaptability and a continuous learning mindset
