Graphic designer (iGaming)

About the Company

We are a product-driven iGaming company operating in international markets across Tier 1–3 regions. Our team focuses on speed, quality, and scalable solutions, where design plays a key role in user engagement and conversion.

• Probationary Tasks (2-3 months):
• Creating visual content
• Developing banners for marketing campaigns (welcome bonus, promotions, retention)
• Creating creatives for CRM (email, push, in-app)
• Adapting designs for different GEOs and formats
• Working with AI tools
• Generating graphics through Midjourney / Freepik AI
• Creating and refining characters (mascots, game heroes)
• Optimizing content generation pipeline
• Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Design and creativity
• AI design
• Characters and mascots
• Adaptation and scaling
• Team collaboration
• Experience and Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably iGaming/affiliate/betting)
• Mandatory experience with AI tools: Midjourney, Freepik AI, or equivalents
• Experience in character generation (mandatory)
• Proficient in Photoshop and Figma
• Understanding of composition, typography, color
• Experience in creating banners and advertising creatives
• Portfolio required
• Preferred: Experience in iGaming, anime/casino styles, motion design skills
