Innovation Project Manager

We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager.

The purpose of the Innovation Project Manager at Anora is to develop and bring innovative products to the market that enhance Anora's strategic brands. The role aims to ensure these products meet consumer needs and are launched efficiently. Additionally, the Project Manager will help foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the Anora portfolio in the Nordics.

We expect you to be a strong and collaborative project manager with an innovation or marketing background, a true passion for innovation, and a proven track record in brand building through experience planning and activation (including knowledge of trade and sales mechanics).

The position will contribute to drive scalable innovations on our strategic brands and contribute to design the innovation pipeline and develop and foster an innovation culture.

Educational & work experience background:

• Education A degree in marketing, innovation, commercial or equivalent
• Strong track record on performance delivery and passion for the industry
• Extensive experience working across functional areas, markets, and brands
• Experience in trade/sales and with high understanding of financials
• Project management experience in product development or strong understanding of operations processes
• Ability to adapt We work at a fast pace, where you can provide clarity and direction to your stakeholders, solve arising topics quickly and navigate well in new situations.
• Data and business analytics skills: Fluency of Microsoft Office tools. Experience of PowerBI and project management tools is a clear advantage
• Communication and language skills Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English, fluency in either Finnish or Swedish is a requirement
  
  

This position is located either in our headquarters in Helsinki (primary location) or at Stockholm. Occasional travelling in the Nordics is required.
