We are partnering with a leading ASX-listed organisation to appoint a General Manager, Investor Relations in a high-impact, standalone leadership role with this fast growing Australian business.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the investor relations function from the ground up, working closely with the CFO and executive team as a key interface with the market.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping investor messaging, strengthening market engagement, and enhancing transparency across the investment community. The role will suit someone coming from Investor Relations, Equity Research, or broader Capital Markets, with strong financial modelling capability and the confidence to operate at a senior level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the investor relations strategy and framework
• Managing relationships with investors, analysts, and key external stakeholders
• Leading investor communications including results, presentations, and market announcements
• Providing insights on market sentiment, shareholder activity, and peer performance
• Coordinating roadshows, investor meetings, and market engagement initiatives
• Designing and maintaining investor-facing financial models and analytics

About You

You are commercially astute, analytically strong, and confident operating in a listed environment. You will bring:

• Experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
• Exposure to listed markets and investor engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to operate autonomously
• Experience within real assets, property, or A-REITs is advantageous but not essential.
