The Opportunity

As Product Manager – Growth & Projects, you’ll lead the delivery of strategically important product initiatives that enhance member experience, strengthen engagement, and drive product performance across key segments.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to define scope, shape requirements, align priorities, and drive delivery from concept through to launch.

What you’ll be doing

Own delivery of key initiatives within Police Bank’s organisational growth program, translating strategic priorities into clear product outcomes that improve member experience, increase engagement, and drive product growth across targeted segments.

Act as Product Delivery Lead for key strategic initiatives, including Digital Onboarding & Card Issuance and the Product CVP Refresh, owning scope, requirements, and outcomes from concept through to launch.

Lead cross-functional delivery across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing, ensuring alignment, governance, and momentum across all workstreams. Execute elements of the product and CVP strategy through support of proposition design, customer research, launch planning, and post-launch optimisation.

Collaborate closely with senior leaders and key business stakeholders, representing Product in governance forums and executive discussions with clarity and a delivery focus. Partner with frontline teams to gather member insights and support successful embedding of new products and propositions, while managing external vendors and partners to enable effective delivery

What we’re looking for

You are an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in home lending and/or everyday banking products, and a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions in complex financial services environments. You understand the end-to-end product lifecycle and are confident leading initiatives from concept through to launch and optimisation.

You bring hands-on experience working across cross-functional teams and are comfortable driving alignment and momentum across competing priorities. You have a strong understanding of regulatory and governance environments within banking, and know how to balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, and delivery constraints.

You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, translating strategy into clear execution plans, and keeping delivery on track in fast-moving environments. You are motivated by improving customer experiences, particularly across core banking and lending journeys, and bring a practical, delivery-oriented mindset to product development and execution.
