We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing creative projects end-to-end and providing support for digital event coordination. The ideal candidate has experience handling multiple tasks across creative workflows and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate multidisciplinary nodes to deliver high-impact creative projects, maintaining a sharp focus on scope and deadlines.
• Convert project complexity into streamlined workflows by developing robust plans, risk mitigation strategies, and comprehensive documentation.
• Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all creative output meets the highest quality standards and strategic guidelines.
• Bridge communication gaps between internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and transparency.
• Scale digital presence through event leadership, managing the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual conferences—from vendor coordination to promotional strategy.
• Leverage data-driven insights from post-event analysis to measure impact and optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Are you a highly organized and analytical project manager with a passion for creative projects and events? With 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative agency, and advanced English (written and spoken), you'll thrive in this role.

You'll need strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
