Tribe Scrum Master

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, where you will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of complex initiatives that are integral to the success of various collaborative efforts. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of an agile, customer-centric environment while managing diverse stakeholders will be key to ensuring projects align with strategic business objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities & Collaboration

In this role, you will work as the primary accountability figure for the end-to-end delivery of a cluster of squads. Your responsibilities will include:

• Structuring and prioritizing complex topics related to delivery.
• Facilitating synchronization across squads to identify and resolve dependencies proactively.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress, addressing risks and impediments while proposing actionable mitigation strategies to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with agile frameworks and delivery standards while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  
  
  

Coaching & Empowering Teams

Your expertise will also be invaluable in coaching Scrum Masters and squad members on Agile best practices, fostering an inclusive culture centered around collaboration and transparency. Key tasks include:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies at the cluster level, ensuring alignment with overarching initiatives.
• Promoting data-driven decision-making through the use of Agile metrics to enhance delivery performance.
• Supporting teams in backlog refinement and continuous improvement efforts.
  
  
  

Candidate Profile & Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong academic background, with a Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in delivering complex digital/IT projects, particularly within a scaled Agile environment, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and priority management.
• Knowledge of banking processes is a strong asset alongside familiarity with digital delivery management and DevOps practices.
  
  
  

Fluency in English is mandatory, with Dutch and French considered a strong asset.
