You will join a leading insurance broker and risk consultant in the Benelux. You will work in a people‑oriented and stable organization that actively invests in innovation and continuous improvement. You will work closely with business and IT teams in Antwerp on secure, future-proof solutions.


Your Role

· You guide the agile team as Scrum Master and create an environment where the team can work effectively.

· You align closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders on scope, priorities, and expectations.

· You help the Product Owner keep a clear, well-prioritised, and up-to-date product backlog.

· You organise sprint events and ensure realistic planning, budgeting, and follow-up.

· When needed, you translate business needs into clear user stories for the IT team.

· You communicate transparently on progress, quality, and budget, and align with other teams and projects.

· You take ownership, promote agile ways of working, and encourage others to work in an agile mindset.



Your Skills

· You bring at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, experience in business analysis is a plus.

· You work confidently with agile frameworks and enjoy applying an agile mindset in practice.

· You keep a clear overview and feel at ease in complex organisations, ideally within the insurance sector.

· You translate business needs into clear, structured requirements with ease.

· You are an approachable and motivating team player with strong communication skills.

· You enjoy coaching others and helping teams grow.

· You work in an organised way, manage priorities well, and communicate fluently in Dutch with good English skills.
