Tribe Scrum Master Consultant

Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Tribe Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in delivering complex, cross-squad initiatives for our client in the financial sector, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and driving digital transformation through agile, customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a cluster (group of squads), ensuring alignment with objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Structure and prioritize complex delivery topics and facilitate cross-squad synchronization, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving dependencies.
• Monitor and report on cluster progress, escalate critical issues with mitigation proposals, and ensure compliance with Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, removing organizational and technical blockers.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies at the cluster level, ensuring alignment with broader initiatives.
• Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging Agile metrics to optimize delivery performance and support squads in refining their backlogs.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent by experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven expertise in project management, stakeholder management, priority management, and risks & issues management.
• Experience working with senior leadership and the ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Deep experience in Agile project management methods, governance, processes, and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in delivery.
• Familiarity with banking processes, front-end/digital/mobile delivery management, API architecture strategy, release management, DevOps knowledge, and understanding of SDLC and technical debt management are strong assets.
