We are seeking a Product Manager, Bonuses to join our Customer & Loyalty team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and deploying engaging offers, managing the product roadmap, and optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our rewarding activities. You’ll also contribute to other CRM- and growth-related initiatives that enhance our customer engagement, acquisition and retention strategies.

You Will Thrive In This Position, If You Have

• Strong experience in designing, measuring and orchestrating bonuses in a B2C context, preferably in money gaming industry
• Experience in owning a product portfolio, its development roadmap and managing its operational efficiency/ROI
• Great understanding of iGaming industry from both Betting and iCasino verticals
• Ability to design & conduct analyses, and develop insights based on customer data
• Experience in fraud detection and/or abuse avoidance
• Good technical understanding combined with experience from game engines, vendors’ back-office tools, PAM and CRM systems
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles within competitive B2C business or international money gaming
• Proven success in positions focused on customer activation, acquisition and retention
• Fluent English skills

• Previous experience from iGaming and/or sports betting industry
• Experience with large and complex rewarding programs
• Experience in building and testing integrations and triggers for customer rewards
• Knowledge of building dashboards and complex data analyses
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance bonus performance

The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work in a flexible hybrid model, and the role can also be performed remotely from Malta or Stockholm/Sweden.
