Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Dublin City South
Salary: DOE + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare.
Reporting to: Head of HR
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-focused HR professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ HR experience who is ready to take the next step in their HR career—whether you are currently working in HR Administration, HR Coordination, or are in the early stages of an HR Generalist role.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support, giving you the opportunity to build broad HR experience across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee support. This role offers genuine career development and exposure across multiple areas of HR in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting day-to-day HR queries while helping to ensure a positive employee experience across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Support hiring managers with recruitment activity from job approval through to onboarding
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Screen CVs and support candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires
Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration
- Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, employment confirmations, mortgage references, landlord letters, and other employee documentation
- Support probation reviews, contractual changes, employee record updates, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR system updates
Employee Support
- Build positive working relationships across the business
- Provide practical support and guidance on day-to-day HR queries
- Escalate more complex HR matters to the Head of HR when required
Compliance, Facilities & Office Support
- Support annual HR and compliance audits with external advisors
- Assist with health & safety administration and follow-up actions
- Support with facilities or office-related issues as they arise, ensuring matters are resolved efficiently
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in HR, HR Administration, HR Coordination, or early HR Generalist experience
- A third-level qualification in HR or working toward a qualification such as CIPD is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Approachable, professional, and naturally people-focused
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
