Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth Identify, develop, and execute business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Latvia.
- Client Relationship Management Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
- Sales Execution Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation and deal closure — delivering tailored solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Market Intelligence & Collaboration Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support overall company strategy.
- Strategic Contribution Support regional growth initiatives and help shape go-to-market strategies by identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record within fintech, payments, or financial services
- Fluency in Latvian, plus English (written and spoken)
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and close complex deals
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets
