Main Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy: Align with the business needs of the startup phase, develop organizational and talent strategies, and support the achievement of regional business results.
  • Talent Supply: Coordinate recruitment for core positions, talent pipeline development, and retention of core talent in the European region to ensure continuous talent demand for business operations.
  • Overseas employment compliance: Understand local labor laws, cross-border employment visas, social security and individual income tax compliance, and comprehensively avoid cross-border employment risks.
  • Compensation Incentive: Understand local market-based compensation practices and individual income tax, design Localization-aligned compensation, benefits, and performance incentive programs, and link them to the achievement of sales/operations targets;
  • Localization of Human Resources Process Construction: Promote the construction of standardized processes and regulations for regional talent selection, recruitment, retention, and reserve.
  • Cross-cultural Team Integration: Promote cultural adaptation and communication mechanism building between Chinese and foreign teams, and enhance overseas employees' engagement and localization integration.
  • Administration: Response to daily administrative management work.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as human resources, management, etc., with overseas study experience as a plus.
  • Work experience: 5 years or more of relevant HRBP experience, 3 years or more of European HR management experience, with experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Competence: Familiar with labor compliance in major European countries, proficient in overseas talent recruitment, overseas compensation and benefits, and cross-cultural integration.
  • Strong communication skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, good stress tolerance, and entrepreneurial passion.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
