Are you the one?

• Backend Mastery: Solid experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot, designing scalable Microservices and robust RESTful APIs.
• Frontend Agility: Proficiency in React, mastering hooks, state management, and building responsive, component-driven UIs.
• Backend Diversification: Hands-on expertise in Node.js (Express) for developing fast, end-to-end web applications.
• Data Strategy: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server, including complex query tuning and schema modeling.
• DevOps Culture: Professional experience with Docker, containerization, and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Quality First: Strict adherence to Unit and Integration Testing (SIT/UAT) to ensure production stability.
• Observability: Proactive mindset for monitoring, logging, and resolving incidents in high-availability environments.
• Cross-functional Communication: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with Core Systems (BANKA) and Functional Analysts.
• Technical Leadership: Active participation in Code Reviews, architectural decisions, and maintaining high standards of documentation (Jira/Confluence).
• Ownership: A self-driven approach to troubleshooting and a long-term commitment to clean, maintainable code.
