We are looking for a data-driven and user-centric Product Manager to join our Product organization at Fotocasa Group. This role is essential for accelerating our business growth by optimizing the consumer journey and maximizing user engagement and retention across all our platforms.

As a Product Manager in the B2C area, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities within the property seeker funnel, particularly in the growth space.

You will be part of a cross-functional team to experiment, iterate, and scale features that drive conversion and long-term user engagement.

Your Role

📈 Growth strategy & execution: Develop and execute a tactical roadmap focused on growth levers (acquisition, activation, and retention), ensuring alignment with Fotocasa’s overarching B2C strategy.

🏗️ Funnel optimization: Drive the continuous improvement of the seeker journey. Leverage A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to enhance conversion rates across web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.

🔍 User-centric discovery: Lead UX-led product discovery work, including user testing, prototyping, and behavioral analysis to validate growth hypotheses before development.

📊 Data driven decision making: Work closely with the Data function to monitor the performance of growth initiatives, defining and articulating the ROI and business impact of every feature deployed.

🧐 Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of B2C industry trends and competitor tactics to identify innovative approaches for user engagement and market expansion.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in B2C digital products.
  • Growth mindset: Strong background in managing growth-related products or features (e.g., alerts and push notifications, referral programs, onboarding optimization, retention loops, or performance marketing tech).
  • Analytical skills: Advanced ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is essential.
  • UX & Mobile Excellence: Solid understanding of mobile application development and user experience (UX) principles, specifically for high-traffic consumer apps.
  • Strategic execution: Ability to translate high-level business goals into a structured experimentation backlog.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a culture of teamwork and transparency.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
