The construction industry faces a significant challenge: approximately 25% of a worker's time is spent on non-value-adding tasks, such as documentation, reporting, and information searches. Globally, this inefficiency represents a $1.5 trillion annual problem that Benetics is determined to solve.


Benetics' leadership team—including a CEO with a successful tech exit and two technical co-founders from Google—brings together a team with over a century of combined engineering expertise and is focused on a single, ambitious vision: doubling the productivity of the construction industry.


Tasks

  • Shape and define a product for the construction industry and interact with our world-class, fast-paced engineering team.

  • Manage and lead the organization around the product.

  • Inspire the team, design partners, and customers with your clear and compelling vision.

  • Optimize our customer experience and make it relevant for construction workers.

  • Navigate the uncharted territories of the construction industry to make sure we ship the right product at the right time.

  • Define success metrics and measure product impact through data-driven insights.


Requirements

  • [preferred] 5+ years of experience in product development of digital products, including multiple cycles of product iteration.

  • [preferred] experience with the construction industry.

  • [preferred] deep technical knowledge and understanding of system architectures. LLM-based products and connected platforms.

  • [preferred] fluent in German.

  • Outstanding narrative and storytelling skills.

  • Experience driving and creating product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

  • Experience managing day-to-day product direction.

  • Business-savvy product generalist with technical depth; experience with B2C or front-end B2B products.

  • Your A-Game: top-notch product person, with a curious mind looking to learn constantly, and an empathic style that wants to teach others.

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to software engineering.
