Accountabilities

• Create visually compelling short films and video content using AI-powered image and video generation tools.
• Edit, refine, and enhance AI-generated assets into polished, high-quality productions suitable for digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging visual concepts aligned with campaign goals.
• Ensure all content maintains consistent visual identity, messaging, and tone across multiple brands and audiences.
• Stay informed about emerging AI filmmaking technologies, trends, and creative workflows to continuously improve production quality.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fully remote and fast-moving environment.
• Experiment with innovative storytelling techniques, formats, and visual effects to produce memorable and impactful content.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, filmmaking, or video editing, supported by a strong creative portfolio.
• Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar platforms.
• Strong command of professional editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a strong eye for composition, pacing, design, and visual detail.
• Ability to rapidly transform creative concepts into engaging visual content using AI-enhanced workflows.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
