Fullstack Developer - Innovation Management Solutions (m/w/d)

As part of our international Software Development team, you will contribute to the development of our Innovation Saas Solutions, so called the Innosabi Suite. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our innovation platforms while also designing and implementing new features.

What we do? We develop and license software for innovation management. With our software, we enable companies and their innovation departments to involve employees (innosabi idea), customers (innosabi community) and external experts (innosabi partner) in their innovation processes. This allows to specifically address a large amount of people in a short period of time. We already have a very comprehensive standard product, where the corporate identity can be adapted to the customer. Our customers can use just one feature or the entire range of features and thus synergies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.

• Maintain, enhance, and ensure the scalability and performance of our innovation platforms.
• Develop and implement new features and functionalities based on user requirements and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to suggest and implement improvements.
  
  
  

The perfect match…

• Proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Symfony and Zend.
• Strong expertise in front-end development using Angular.
• Solid experience with database management systems, particularly MySQL or MariaDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Apache Solr for advanced search functionalities.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) and integration testing frameworks and tools.
