The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a commercially minded, highly technical executive who combines deep product instincts with strong engineering leadership.

This is not a purely strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable operating close to both customers and technology teams. You will lead the full product and technology lifecycle — from long-term vision and AI strategy through to operational delivery and measurable commercial impact.

The role requires someone capable of bridging advanced applied AI capabilities with practical, revenue-generating outcomes for enterprise SaaS customers.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:

• Significant experience in senior technology and/or product leadership roles within high-growth SaaS businesses
• Deep expertise across B2B SaaS, e-commerce technologies, and applied AI/ML environments
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to align technology investment with business outcomes
• A highly strategic yet execution-oriented mindset
• Excellent leadership capability with experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams
• Strong opinions on product, architecture, and operational excellence, balanced by a data-driven approach to decision-making

Previous experience as a CTO, CPO, VP Engineering, or VP Product within a scaling technology business is highly desirable.
