Responsibilities

• Analyze agricultural and supply chain datasets to enhance AI/LLM performance and uncover key trends.
• Support the development of predictive models that improve crop yield, resource allocation, and logistical efficiency.
• Conduct experiments and validate data insights to refine AI-driven recommendations for farmers and producers.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations tailored to stakeholders in agriculture and food technology.
• Collaborate with product teams to address industry-specific challenges, from reducing food waste to optimizing sustainability practices.

What You’ll Need

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLMs is a strong advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Interest or experience in agriculture, food technology, or sustainability-focused industries.
• Analytical Skills: A demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights relevant to the agriculture sector.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years in data analysis or a related role, preferably with exposure to AI technologies.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; German proficiency is a plus.
