Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a “Senior Project Manager” for our client, a technology company specialized in data analytics and customer experience projects and delivering global projects with Microsoft technologies.

Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end processes related to project teams and stakeholders within the scope of software and CRM projects as well as industry-specific solutions; ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders,
• Coordinating project planning, execution, and reporting processes; guiding the team and effectively managing risks,
• Establishing close collaboration with clients to accurately understand their needs and expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring sustainable customer satisfaction,
• Regularly monitoring project progress, tracking performance metrics, and proactively taking necessary actions,
• Adopting a leadership approach that enhances team motivation and performance,
• Maintaining proper project documentation and preparing reports and presentations,
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Proven experience in complex projects, managing large client accounts, and successfully delivering projects,
• Has taken technical and functional delivery responsibility in projects, worked directly with clients, and owned project deliverables end-to-end,
• Preferably at least 5 years of project management experience in the software industry within a corporate environment,
• Experience in managing large-scale enterprise CRM projects is preferred,
• Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies; PMP and Scrum Master certifications are preferred,
• Experience with project management processes and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira),
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills; proactive, team-oriented, highly motivated, and energetic,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Strong presentation and reporting skills,
• Experience in problem-solving, prioritization, and escalation management,
