Important Work Arrangement Note

This role requires full-time, on-site work from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week). Candidates should be comfortable with a fully office-based setup, as remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

We seek a skilled and motivated PHP Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain dynamic web applications and websites using PHP and Java technologies. This role is ideal for proactive and ambitious developers eager to expand their expertise across front-end and back-end development.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Seamlessly integrate databases and other data storage solutions into web systems.
• Implement strong security protocols to protect applications against vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers to ensure seamless integration of user-facing features.
• Review team members' code, offering constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Optimise web applications for mobile responsiveness and compatibility across all major browsers.
• Provide technical support and swiftly troubleshoot user-reported issues to maintain smooth functionality.
• Document code, workflows, and best practices to streamline future development and enable scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP trends, tools, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in PHP, including proficiency with popular frameworks and libraries such as Laravel, Symfony, and CodeIgniter.
• Strong command of front-end web development languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools, notably Git.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently debug code.
• A solid understanding of best practices in web security.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.
• Strong time management and project coordination capabilities.
• Commit to continuous learning and adaptability to stay current with evolving web technologies.
