Chief Analyst - Ease of Doing Business

About the Role:

We are looking for a Chief Analyst to support regulatory and policy initiatives that improve Abu Dhabi's business environment. You will conduct impact assessments, develop KPI frameworks, perform global benchmarking, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze regulatory frameworks and licensing processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor regulatory performance
• Conduct benchmarking against leading global jurisdictions
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Support cross-entity coordination on policy implementation
• Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas

What You Bring:

• Experience: 4–6 years in management consulting (Big 4 preferred) with public sector exposure
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business, Finance, or related field
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination
• Mindset: Consulting approach with problem structuring and hypothesis-driven analysis
