Senior Frontend Developer

liquidity on private equity portfolios through structured solutions. To them, this is not just another frontend role. It is a rare opportunity to define the next generation of AI-native user

experiences in private equity, where technical excellence and exceptional design judgment matter equally.

You will join a small, high-caliber team building products that transform how investment professionals interact with data, workflows, and intelligence.

Role Responsibilities

• Own the frontend foundation for AI-native products used across private equity workflows, from data exploration and portfolio monitoring to decision support and execution
• Become a product expert in private equity workflows, portfolio monitoring, and investment analysis through close collaboration with investment teams and end users.
• Build without prior art – design and implement innovative, intuitive dashboards and financial interfaces where no pre-existing templates exist, setting the UI/UX standard for our internal tools.
• Own critical system components – take complex requirements involving multi-layered financial data and turn them into performant, scalable, and secure frontend solutions.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to make early, high-impact decisions on architecture, data flows, and feature priorities.
• Integrate with real-time and AI-powered analytics to give investment professionals an edge in deal sourcing, valuation, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment—wear multiple hats to address challenges across UI, data visualization, API integration, and user workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
• Skilled in data visualization tools like Recharts, D3.js, or Highcharts.
• Proficiency in CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS, CSS-in-JS, etc.) and component libraries (Radix UI, Shadcn/ui,MUI, Ant Design).
• Demonstrated awareness of best practices in UI architecture and development
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and teamwork: Proven experience in leading software development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
