Head of AI & ML

AI Futures have been exclusively retained for a search for a Head of AI & ML to join a seed-stage funded startup in Berlin with a focus on Green-Tech. The founding team have the most impressive track record I have seen within the European startup world and they have already attracted multiple million dollar seed-funding.

Package up to €200k + Equity

They are building an agentic AI product and are looking for a senior leader within the AI & ML field to spearhead the growth and development of the AI function. There is significant budget in place for this hire to develop a team and will be a crucial hire for the business.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Recent Hands-on experience creating architectures for AI solutions
• Experience in hyper-scale environment
• Proven track record in recruiting and scaling ML & AI functions
• Demonstrable background interfacing with VCs
• Deep experience leading AI functions delivering reinforcement learning, agentic AI & control theory

This is an opportunity to become one of the founding members of a transformative AI function, delivering change across entire industries with these products. The role will be hands on initially but once the team grows this role will scale to VP/ Director level.

There is a significant package available with very generous stock options / equity and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most impressive tech-founders and leaders in Europe whilst engaging with Tier-1 VCs from across the globe.
