Personal Assistant to CEO – Private Office – Family Office
A highly confidential private office in Muscat is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the CEO across a diverse and sophisticated portfolio, including a family office, multiple operating businesses, and strategic involvement with a subsidiary of the Oman Investment Authority.
This is a rare opportunity for a highly capable and perceptive individual to operate at the centre of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with a respected Omani business leader. The role demands absolute discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to manage complexity with precision and confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide seamless, end-to-end diary and schedule management across multiple business interests
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including occasional regional and international travel with the CEO
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, effectively managing priorities, communications, and access
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, meeting packs, and post-meeting follow-ups
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across government-linked entities, private investments, and operating businesses
- Provide support across both professional and select personal matters with the utmost confidentiality
- Anticipate requirements proactively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at all times
- 5–10+ years’ experience supporting senior executives or high-profile principals
- Background within private offices, family offices, or high-level corporate environments preferred
- Experience managing complex, multi-entity structures is highly advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
- Strong presence with excellent judgement and emotional intelligence
- Ability to operate within high-trust environments with discretion and maturity
- Agile, solutions-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Impeccable professionalism and presentation standards
- Fluent English is essential
- Arabic language skills are preferred
- Muscat, Oman
- This is not a 24/7 role; however, it requires a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness
- Willingness to adapt working hours when needed, including occasional availability outside standard office hours in line with business and travel demands
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift at short notice
