Job Description

  • To maintain cGMP records as per the SOPs and to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of warehouse areas (CNC and Grade D) and all equipment as per SOPs/ EOPs.
  • Preparation for various audits conducted by Internal & External Auditors.
  • To perform the SAP transactions and to use the WiND system while dispensing.
  • To follow the good documentation practices at all times as per SOP.
  • To perform the e-log entries for areas equipment as per the requirements.
  • Transfer of all dispensed materials as per the storage conditions to the users / production by following the defined procedure.
  • To perform, calibration and verification of weighing balances in warehouse areas.
  • To perform the periodic physical stock verification and to escalate the difference to reporting manager and head of the department.
  • To ensure the proper segregation and storage of materials as per storage type and conditions.
  • To perform stock reconciliation as and when required.
  • To perform the cold chain packaging and maintain the cold chain boxes and cool packs as per SOP.
  • To complete the training on time and ensure the current training on the SOPs/ EOPs.
  • To coordinate with cross functional teams as and when required to perform the routine activity
  • Handling, receipt & issuance of DS
  • Cell bank issuance
  • Ensure proper documentation by revising e-log, PAS-X, and SAP entries

Work Experience

5 to 7 years

Education

Post Graduation in Chemistry or Chemistry
