Golang Developer

About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Engineer to work on mission-critical platform and incident management capabilities. This role focuses on building reliable, high-performance backend systems that help reduce Time to Detect (TTD) and Time to Repair (TTR) across large-scale services.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang following best practices
• Build and enhance incident management tooling to improve reliability and availability
• Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs
• Implement logging, monitoring, and instrumentation for high observability
• Write integration tests and end-to-end (E2E) tests to ensure system resilience
• Collaborate with Product Managers, SREs, and Engineers in an Agile environment
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform RCA, and drive long-term fixes
• Contribute to building highly available, distributed systems at scale

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on Golang expertise
• Solid experience with AWS
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, and channel patterns
• Experience with Go frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Revel
• Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
