Scrum Master

We are looking for Scrum Master with strong technical background, demonstrating effective leadership and communication to guide Agile teams toward high-quality, predictable delivery. Skilled in facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and aligning stakeholders while understanding engineering complexities. Drives continuous improvement, team empowerment, and adherence to Agile best practices.

Educational Qualification:

B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech

Experience & Skill Set:

Engineering Degree with 10+ years of experience in Software development background
Strong technical capabilities with sound knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps/Git, CI/CD practices, Clean Code, Software Quality measurements
At least 2 to 3 years’ experience working in projects that are diligently applying Agile/Scrum practices as a Scrum Master
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to identify areas of focus and tackle new challenges with or without direction
Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels.
Exposure to working with multi-site global teams.
Exposure on SAFe scaling framework is plus; CSM or equivalent would be an added advantage
Knowledge of lean/agile project management practices (Agile process and principles)
Knowledge of methods, tools and techniques for estimation, risk analysis, data interpretation, root cause analysis.
Open minded and creative personality able to identify growth opportunities of the team
Ability to prioritize and orchestrate diverse topics
Exposure to medical domain process and practices would be an added advantage
Knowledge on quality and ISO standards 9001 and 13485 would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master,

Manage 1-2 Scrum Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead and manage the Development Team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
Takes care that the team follows the software development process with all relevant process steps (responsible for process execution)
Contribute to Software Development (Phython, power platform or other technologies), review and help in resolving technical complexities
Effectively guide and facilitate the sprint ceremonies to consistently achieve the sprint goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives. Set guidelines for project management practices with the teams
Protect scrum team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline
Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Identify, monitor, and control the required metrics to meet team, project and product goals
Risk management
Coach & guide the team with Agile/Lean practices to deliver value to the customers, continuous improvement and self-organizing culture within team
Ensure that sprint deliverables are adhering to the Quality and regulatory guidelines
