We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team and play a key role in bridging our software development teams with business stakeholders. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll design, build, and maintain modern web applications using .NET Core and React, working across the full stack - from database to architecture to frontend.

We’re in the middle of an exciting technical transformation: evolving a large, business-critical monolith into a modern, service-based ecosystem. If you enjoy improving architecture, introducing best practices, and shaping technical direction, this role offers real impact and ownership.

This role is remote, but you must be based in either Estonia or Romania.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience building data-heavy web applications
• Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript (React preferred; Blazor a plus)
• Solid understanding of database design (SQL or NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and infrastructure-as-code

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop backend and frontend components using .NET Core and React
• Lead and contribute to architecture and system design discussions
• Ensure code quality through thoughtful reviews, testing, and clean design
• Work hands-on across the stack, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices with the team
