Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Senior Full-Stack Technical Architect / Lead Developer to join a modern engineering environment focused on scalable enterprise web applications and cloud-native platforms.

The role combines hands-on full-stack development with architecture ownership, technical leadership, and solution design across frontend, backend, cloud, and DevOps environments.

Key Requirements

• Strong Full-Stack Development experience
• Strong Technical Architecture / Solution Design experience
• Hands-on Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong JavaScript background
• Java / Spring Boot / Spring MVC experience
• React and Next.js frontend development
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices
• Strong database experience (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Redis)
• Cloud platform experience (AWS and/or Azure)
• Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience leading technical decisions and mentoring developers
• Experience building scalable, secure, high-performance applications

Nice to Have

• Python experience
• Elasticsearch
• Auth0 / OpenID Connect
• Serverless Framework
• Azure Cosmos DB
• Automated testing experience (Playwright / Selenium / Jest)
• Experience with enterprise integrations and authentication flows
• Experience working within cloud-native enterprise environments
