We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic/Production Artist to join our dynamic team in the beverage industry.
This role is responsible for creating and finalizing visual assets for packaging, marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital content.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, excellent production skills, and experience preparing files for both print and digital platforms. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure all visuals align with our brand identity and quality standards.

This role is responsible for creating and finalizing visual assets for packaging, marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and digital content.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, excellent production skills, and experience preparing files for both print and digital platforms. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure all visuals align with our brand identity and quality standards.
- To Note: Salary range posted (40,000 - 60,000) is in Euro*
Design & Production:
- Design and adapt graphics for marketing collateral such as flyers, banners, point-of-sale (POS) displays, trade show materials, and advertisements.
- Develop digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all artwork meets printing specifications, including dielines, color management, and pre-press requirements.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, design templates, and production files for easy access and future use.
- Archive completed projects and ensure proper version control.
- Maintain brand integrity across all visual assets by adhering to style guides and design standards.
- Review designs for accuracy, ensuring all files are clean, consistent, and optimized for production.
- Perform quality control checks on final artwork and proofs to ensure proper formatting and print
- readiness.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors (e.g., printers and packaging manufacturers) to ensure accuracy in production specifications and troubleshoot any issues.
- Support the creative team with revisions, updates, and new asset development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Implement process improvements to streamline production workflows.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic/Production Artist, preferably in the consumer goods or beverage industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required.
- Experience preparing dielines, labels, and packaging for production.
- Familiarity with pre-press processes, color matching (CMYK/Pantone), and file optimization.
- Knowledge of digital design principles, including resolution, aspect ratios, and responsive design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with packaging design in the beverage area and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of beverage industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with developers is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D rendering tools or basic video editing software.
