Graphic & Video Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic and Video Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design engaging visual content and compelling videos to enhance our brand presence and communicate our message effectively across our full customer journey. The ideal candidate is proficient in graphic design and video production, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Design and produce high-quality videos, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop animations and motion graphics to add dynamic elements to video projects.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure content is modern and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables.
• Optimise visual content for various platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video design projects.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey messages through visuals effectively.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and design principles.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
