Your Role:
As a Network Administrator, you will join the Cloud Operations team, responsible for developing, operating and maintaining highly available, modern and secure IT infrastructures. You will play a key role in ensuring the performance, stability and security of the network environment.
Your Responsibilities:
You will administer and optimise LAN, WAN and WLAN infrastructures to ensure efficiency and reliability across the organisation.
You will manage and configure firewalls and switches with a strong focus on network security.
You will support the planning, integration and management of cloud networks in Azure and AWS environments.
You will monitor and enhance monitoring systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
You will participate in technical projects and collaborate with different departments to deliver networking solutions.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud operations and infrastructure stability.
Your Profile:
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator in complex IT environments.
You have strong knowledge of WLAN, SD WAN, VPN, firewalling, routing and switching.
You are confident working with TCP/IP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, DHCP and DNS.
You have experience or knowledge in network automation and scripting using Bash, Shell or Python.
You are familiar with DMZ, remote access, PKI and complex network services.
You have hands on experience with client, server and storage systems and are strong in troubleshooting.
You have exposure to monitoring systems and SIEM solutions (plus).
You have initial experience with Infrastructure as Code and are motivated to develop further in this area.
You are fluent in German and English.
You are a strong team player with curiosity for modern technologies and a mindset focused on continuous learning.
