Software Engineer

You’ll be joining a small team building AI products from the ground up. This has the backing, scale, and reach of an established global platform used by millions of learners.

You’ll probably enjoy this role if you:

• like building things from scratch
• prefer ownership over ticket-taking
• enjoy working closely with product and design
• can move between implementation details and bigger-picture thinking
• are curious about where AI meaningfully improves real products

You’ll spend your time shipping production systems, experimenting with new AI tooling, improving architecture, and solving complex technical problems alongside senior engineers who care deeply about craft.

The stack includes Python (FastAPI), Typescript, React, cloud infrastructure, relational + NoSQL databases, and modern AI tooling but they care far more about an engineering mindset than matching keywords on a job spec.

This role is ideal for engineers who still love writing code and want to grow quickly by working on real-world problems that are right in the middle of AI.

It’s a rare chance to work on zero-to-one AI products with real users, real scale, and very little organisational drag.
