About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager with a hybrid mindset, someone comfortable operating across both strategic programmes and hands-on delivery. This person should be confident leading initiatives end-to-end while also being adaptable enough to manage smaller, fast-moving improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to delivery and closure, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and issue resolution
• Manage resources, risks, dependencies, and project reporting throughout the lifecycle
• Act as the central point of coordination between business units, delivery teams, and leadership stakeholders
• Produce and maintain project plans, reporting metrics, and performance tracking (cost, scope, timelines)
• Oversee vendor engagement, including selection processes and delivery oversight where required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, particularly across digital platforms and customer journeys
• Contribute to projects involving AI, automation, and process optimisation, helping drive efficiency and innovation

Background

• 5+ years delivering projects in technology, digital, or transformation environments
• Formal project management certification or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Agile frameworks and iterative delivery models
• Familiarity with customer-facing platforms, digital journeys, or product delivery
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-led initiatives
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving
• Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office and project tracking/reporting tools
• Background in fast-paced or evolving organisations where priorities shift regularly
